Ashish Diwakar is associated with Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of housing and urban affairs(MoHUA) , Ministry of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSME). He is Senior Manager at Indian Bank , Resources and government Relations Department (R&GR) Delhi. 

His works  includes coordination monitoring , Reporting and Reviewing, new development, Training & support to different Ministries at Nirman Bhawan Delhi, Small Industries Development bank of India (SIDBI), more than 350 banks, more than 2500 Urban Local Bodies (ULB) and all 36 the states  associated with paisa portal and PMV portal under the scheme of DAY NULM, PMSVANidhi and PMVISHWAKARMA.

He has educational qualification of B-TECH (Electronic Engg) and MBA (Finance) . He  done certification course in Personality Development. He has passed highest Examination JAIIB (Junior Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) and CAIIB (Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers) in banking  conducted by IIBF ( Indian Institute of Banking & Finance). CAIIB accreditation provides advanced knowledge which helps bankers in better decision making in the fields of Risk Management, Treasury Management, Credit Management, Balance sheet Management, Economic analysis, International banking and so on.

He has experience of more than 10 years on banking industry with different exposure in Rural, Semi-urban, Urban, Metro branches and also have experience (5+ years) of  working with Government of India  Delhi at Ministry of housing and urban affairs &Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises to implement the different  govt scheme like DAY NULM , PMSVANIDHI,  PMVISHWAKARMA Scheme etc.  He is lead team member of paisa portal.

Ashish Diwakar is providing training & support to Ministry officials, banks, urban local bodies and state officials. Till now more than 2500+ officials has been trained in online/offline session. He has provided training & support for the Paisa portal, PFMS Portal, NPCI, Finance, Banking Awareness etc.
